The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We’ve partnered with a licensed, insured, and bonded security company specializing in de-escalation and hospitality-focused safety. All security personnel have passed background checks and do not carry lethal weapons. We also work closely with local authorities to maintain the highest safety standards.

We understand the history of this location and respect the emotions connected to it. We chose to keep the social media accounts because they allow us to reach the community directly and share our new vision. We kept the platform, not the past.

Cielo means “sky” in Spanish, representing our vision for a space that inspires connection, celebration, and unforgettable experiences. It reflects our commitment to creating positive memories for our community.
